Mission Statement: The Ruidoso Regional Council for the Arts (RRCA) was incorporated and received its 501(c)(3) status as a charitable organization from the IRS on July 18, 2003. The mission of the RRCA is to develop and promote Ruidoso, Lincoln County, and Mescalero as an arts community.

The mission will be achieved by:

Acting as the liaison among cultural organizations, all levels of government, and the private sector to encourage and promote the arts throughout the region.
